Job summary

Telligen seeks a Care Manager Trainer to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our tailored care management training program. You will prepare staff for onboarding, orientation, core competencies, regulatory training, and ongoing education to ensure person-centered care.

The role partners with program leaders to align curricula with care management tools, workflows, and documentation standards, supporting workforce performance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, healthcare, education, public health, social work, or related field (or equivalent).
• Current Illinois RN license or other applicable healthcare licensure.
• 5+ years in healthcare, care management, or workforce education.
• Experience developing, delivering, and evaluating curricula and trainings.
• Leadership, facilitation, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
