Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in a health-related field as described.
• Licensed in Illinois as RN, OT, LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT.
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with elderly and disabled populations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day operation of staff to ensure compliance with protocols and URAC standards.
• Provides technical guidance and training related to contract/program operations.
• Ensures timely completion of contract/program deliverables.
• Develops staff to achieve individual, team, and organizational goals.
• Performs audits/quality monitoring and gives performance feedback.
• Stays current on health care trends and changes.
