Telligen is seeking a Care Manager Supervisor to lead program staff across Illinois offices, providing technical guidance and staff training to ensure compliance with contract requirements and URAC accreditation. The role involves overseeing operations, developing teams, and implementing quality improvements in care planning, transitions of care, and behavioral health management.

Competenze

• Master's degree in a Human Service, Social Science or health field with 2+ years case management experience or Bachelor's degree with 5+ years case management experience.
• Licensed in Illinois as RN, OT, LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT.
• 3-5 years clinical experience required.
• 5+ years in a leadership role or demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities, serious mental illness, and complex medical needs.
• Valid driver's license required.

• Supervise day-to-day operation of staff to ensure program protocol and state requirements compliance.
• Ensure contract/program operations are completed timely and satisfactorily.
• Select, develop and manage employees to achieve team and organizational success.
• Provide performance feedback and accountability through audits and coaching.
