Qualifications

• Master's degree or bachelor's in a health-related field with relevant case management experience.
• Experience supervising staff and ensuring program compliance and quality.
• Knowledge of URAC accreditation standards and state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day operations of staff to ensure program protocol compliance.
• Provides training and guidance on contract operations and workflows.
• Monitors performance and provides feedback for improvement.
• Ensures timely completion of contract deliverables and quality outcomes.
• Stays updated on healthcare trends and regulatory changes.
