Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support to senior residents. You will assist with ADLs, document ISP updates, promote safety and independence, and engage residents through daily activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Age 18 or older.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow and document updates to ISP (Individualized Service Plans).
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care teams.
• Create enriching experiences for Memory Care residents.

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to senior residents, fostering meaningful relationships and enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow and document updates to Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care teams
• Create enriching experiences for residents, especially in Memory Care

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Age 18 or older
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
