The Lead Caregiver provides hands-on ADL assistance, coaches caregivers on quality standards, reviews ISP-aligned charting, and monitors resident changes to communicate concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications.
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care.
