This role involves coaching caregiving team members on care standards, documentation, and hospitality, as well as reviewing charting to align with Individualized Service Plans (ISP). The Lead Caregiver monitors resident changes, communicates concerns promptly, and supports onboarding and mentoring new staff. They promote safety, compliance, and smooth shift transitions while modeling professionalism, accountability, and compassionate service.
