Aveanna Healthcare in San Antonio, TX is hiring a Care Experience Manager (CEM) to coordinate staffing, supervise caregiver schedules, and ensure top-tier service for patients and families. This full-time role includes a $42,000 base salary, a quarterly bonus, and an on-call rotation.

You will organize orientation, monitor performance, manage on-call coverage, and build strong relationships with caregivers and clients while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus.
• Proficient in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Healthcare experience is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a team.
• Willingness to work after-hours on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing needs and manage caregiver schedules.
• Organize orientation and training for new caregivers.
• Manage shift coverage for absences or tardiness.
• Monitor and address cost containment to ensure efficient case assignments.
• Evaluate and support staff performance with a positive approach.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support to field staff, patients, and families (rotating).
• Occasionally deliver supplies/equipment to homes as needed (mileage reimbursed).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with caregivers and patients to ensure top-tier service.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills, initiative, and sound judgment.
• Uphold and adhere to company policies and procedures.
