Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Care Experience Manager (CEM) to coordinate client care and caregiver engagement in our Montgomery County, PA office. You’ll be the main contact for families and caregivers, ensuring smooth scheduling, documentation, and high satisfaction.

In this role, you’ll work with clinical and recruitment teams to support referrals, onboarding, and after-hours on-call coverage. A bachelor’s degree and strong communication are essential, with opportunities for growth within

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a fast-paced office environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable using MS Office and learning new systems quickly.
Experience in recruiting or healthcare (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

Act as main point of contact for clients and caregivers, ensuring satisfaction.
Manage caregiver schedules to match skills and availability.
Collaborate with clinical and recruitment teams to support referrals and onboarding.
Maintain accurate records, schedules, and reports.
Participate in on-call rotation — phone support and paid.
Foster a positive, engaged caregiver team environment.
Handle problems with professionalism and empathy.
Support caregiver retention through engagement and feedback.
Phone-based on-call after hours support - paid.
