Aveanna Healthcare in Needham Heights, MA is seeking a Care Experience Manager (CEM) to coordinate caregiver schedules and client communications. This role focuses on client and caregiver support, with no hands-on clinical work, and offers a base salary of $48–$50k plus bonus potential and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a fast-paced office environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using MS Office and learning new systems quickly.
• Experience in recruiting or healthcare (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients and caregivers, ensuring communications and satisfaction.
• Coordinate caregiver schedules to match skills and availability.
• Support referrals and onboarding with clinical and recruitment teams.
• Keep records, schedules, and reports accurate and up-to-date.
• Participate in paid phone on-call rotation after hours.
• Foster a positive, engaged caregiver team and work environment.
• Address issues with professionalism and empathy to turn challenges into opportunities.
• Support caregiver retention through engagement and timely feedback.
• Provide on-call after-hours phone support (paid).
