Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Care Experience Manager (CEM) in Tinley Park, IL to support clients and caregivers through coordinated communication and scheduling. This role emphasizes on-call responsiveness without hands-on clinical duties.

You will collaborate with clinical and recruitment teams, manage caregiver onboarding, and maintain accurate records, contributing to high client satisfaction and team engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in sales, customer service, or fast-paced office environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable using MS Office and learning new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and caregivers, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
• Manage caregiver schedules to match skills and availability.
• Collaborate with clinical and recruitment teams to support new patient referrals and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records, schedules, and reports.
• Participate in on-call rotation — paid and scheduled (every 4 weeks).
• Foster a positive, engaged caregiver team and provide timely feedback.
