Job summary

Corona Post Acute is seeking a Payroll and Accounts Payable Specialist to coordinate payroll and benefits in line with company policies and applicable state and federal laws.

You will maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate, timely paychecks while supporting AP functions and vendor relations. The role requires 1-2 years payroll experience in a skilled nursing setting, a high school diploma, and strong numerical/data-entry skills with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of payroll processing experience required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in skilled nursing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; AA degree preferred.
• Ability to calculate numbers and perform data entry.
• Must maintain high level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates employee payroll and benefits per policies and laws.
• Maintains confidentiality and secure handling of payroll data.
• Processes payroll on schedule; ensures accurate paychecks.
