The position requires an Associate's degree or higher and payroll system experience (ADP/Kronos). Strong communication and confidentiality skills are essential, with primary duties in payroll administration and reporting.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or higher required and transactional payroll experience.
• Experience with ADP, Kronos or similar payroll systems is preferred.
• Strong communication, problem solving and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll cycle including data entry, verification, transmission and distribution of reports.
• Prepare manual payroll checks when needed and maintain payroll records.
• Assist Accounts Payable and prepare document batches.
• Process garnishments and assist with tax filings.
• Respond to employee and vendor inquiries; prepare statistical reports.
