Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Manage client schedules and document pet interactions.
• Explain veterinary services, grooming, daycare, boarding, and retail offerings.
• Greet clients and ensure a smooth check-in process.
• Handle calls, answer inquiries, and resolve concerns professionally.
• Process financial transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and contribute to a welcoming environment.
• Assist in ensuring animals receive proper care, including food and enrichment.
