Job summary

Barrow Brain and Spine is seeking a Care Coordinator Float to perform clerical and patient service functions for floating physician offices. You will register patients, collect demographics and insurance data, and ensure all necessary documents are ready for the physician prior to visits.

You will greet patients, take vitals, enter orders, and coordinate follow-up appointments while maintaining HIPAA confidentiality and supporting daily clinic needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• 1–2 years of experience in a medical setting.

Responsibilities

• Register new patients in EMR prior to scheduling.
• Ensure all initial consultations and reports are available to the physician.
• Greet and room patients, take vitals, and record assessments.
• Enter orders, and create clinical visit summaries.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate referrals.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
• Assist with inventory, supplies, and daily clinic operations.
