Responsibilities

• Perform clerical and customer service functions for floating physician offices.
• Register new patients in EMR with demographics and insurance.
• Ensure physicians have initial consultations, notes, lab slips, and reports before arrival.
• Open chart encounters in AthenaOne and maintain patient records.
• Greet, room, and assist patients in clinic flow.
• Record vitals and assessments in patient chart for physician review.
• Enter orders and e-prescribe information; create visit summaries.
• Schedule follow-up appointments as needed; coordinate with staff.
