Barrow Brain and Spine in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Care Coordinator Float to perform clerical and customer service duties for the physician's office you float.

Responsibilities include registering patients in the EMR, ensuring notes and reports are available for physicians, greeting and rooming patients, taking vitals, entering orders, and scheduling follow-ups while maintaining HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Register new patients in the EMR prior to scheduling.
• Ensure all notes, orders, and reports are available to the physician.

• Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate referrals as needed.
