Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Care Management Associate (CMA) to support care management programs alongside nurses, providers, and care teams. You will help ensure members receive timely, appropriate, and cost-effective healthcare services, with a Monday–Friday 10:30 am to 7:00 pm ET schedule.

This role emphasizes detail, compassion, and collaborative problem-solving to triage provider requests, document accurately, and communicate with members and internal teams to support

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and healthcare concepts.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, including telephone support.
• Call Center experience is required.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Review and triage provider requests and member cases.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Communicate with healthcare providers, members, and internal teams to support quality care outcomes.
• Research and resolve case-related issues while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Provide administrative and customer support for operations.
