CVS Health is seeking a Care Management Associate (CMA) to support care management and healthcare coordination programs. You will work with nurses, medical directors, providers, and care teams to ensure timely, appropriate, and cost-effective services.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 10:30 am to 7:00 pm Eastern, with no weekends or holidays but subject to business needs. The role is full-time in a team-focused, outcome-driven environment with comprehensive benefits.

• Call Center experience is required.

In this role, you will work alongside nurses, medical directors, providers, and care teams to ensure members receive timely, appropriate, and cost-effective healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and triage provider requests and member cases.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Communicate with healthcare providers, members, and internal teams to support quality care outcomes.
• Research and resolve case-related issues while ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Provide administrative and customer support for operations.

Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $18.50 - $35.29

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
