Job summary

Legacy Health is seeking a Scheduler to coordinate care by ensuring procedures are scheduled accurately and efficiently. You will work with clinicians, patients, and departments to maintain smooth time booking and patient flow.

Responsibilities include entering data, checking staff and room availability, and generating reports. A high school diploma and familiarity with scheduling software are expected; prior medical office experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule procedures across multiple rooms using scheduling system and verify staff and room availability.
• Enter staff and schedule data into the system; assist with staffing patterns.
• Perform daily patient/procedure data entry and maintain patient confidentiality.
