Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule procedures for multiple rooms using scheduling computer system.
• Enter staff and create schedule types and patterns.
• Daily patient/procedure data entry into computer system.
• Assist manager with maintaining staff profiles.
• Assist with computer duties updating timebooking information.
• Generate required reports and maintain patient confidentiality.
• Coordinate with Anesthesia to assign staff and update cases in the system.
• Provide secretarial support and complete department paperwork as needed.
