Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago is seeking a Case Associate to provide administrative and clerical support for the care coordination process. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; entry level.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and critical thinking skills needed.
• Previous data entry experience is required.
• AA degree in a related field with 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the care coordination process; prepare and maintain program data and billing; monitor and respond to client inquiries, concerns and complaints.
• Manage intake and processing of client referrals; prepare client files and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries.
• Collaborate with external partners to resolve billing matters; participate in trainings as required; support clients, the care coordinator, supervisors and management staff.
• Work with internal stakeholders and team members as needed to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Engage in ongoing learning, training, and skill development; apply feedback to improve performance and contribute to the team.
• Essential duties include all other responsibilities as assigned.
