Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago is seeking a Case Associate to provide administrative support for the care coordination process, including intake, referrals, records, and billing data management. You will respond to inquiries and collaborate with partners to ensure timely service delivery.
The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and data entry experience. Entry-level candidates with GED/HS diploma are welcome; AA preferred.

The Case Associate provides administrative and clerical support to the care coordination process, including managing client intake and referrals, maintaining records and billing data, responding to inquiries, supporting assessments, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient service delivery.
