Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago is seeking a Case Associate to provide comprehensive client support, intake, assessments, and coordination across programs in Cook and Lake counties. You will contribute to crisis response, documentation, and referrals while working with a collaborative team in a faith-based nonprofit setting.
The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, Spanish fluency, and a commitment to service.

The Case Associate provides comprehensive client support by assisting with intake, assessments, crisis response, case documentation, administrative coordination, resource referrals, community outreach, and collaborative team efforts while continuously developing skills to enhance service delivery and organizational success.
