Job summary

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago is seeking a Case Associate to provide comprehensive client support, intake, assessments, and coordination across programs in Cook and Lake counties. You will contribute to crisis response, documentation, and referrals while working with a collaborative team in a faith-based nonprofit setting.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, Spanish fluency, and a commitment to service.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Spanish fluency (spoken and written) required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in client intake and assessments; gather information for service planning.
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation; assist with crises and scheduling tasks.
• Provide resource referrals and participate in community outreach to promote programs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members.
• Engage in ongoing learning and skill development to improve performance.
