Job summary

Live Oak Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Live Oak, Florida is seeking a compassionate Concierge to enhance the Resident and family experience. The role focuses on coordination, timely support, and exceptional service to ensure a welcoming environment for new Residents.

The position requires at least 2 years of experience in a long-term care setting, strong interpersonal skills, and a service-oriented mindset. Full-time hours are offered with an hourly pay rate of $18–$23 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a long-term care or nursing home setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• A warm, empathetic and service-oriented personality is essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Admissions to prepare rooms and ensure equipment is in place.
• Greet, escort and orient new Residents to their rooms for a smooth transition.
• Create and deliver personalized welcome baskets for new Residents.
• Answer call bells and assist or notify staff to meet residents' needs.
• Address Resident concerns using the Grievance Process and ensure timely follow-up.
• Attend in-services, Resident Council meetings and staff meetings as needed.
