Job summary

Clearwater Living in Rohnert Park is seeking a part-time Concierge to greet visitors, answer calls, relay messages, and deliver the highest level of customer service at our senior living community.

The Concierge serves as a primary contact, supports multiple departments with administrative tasks, and assists during emergencies while maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Pay range is $18–$19/hour with excellent benefits and growth opportunities at Clearwater Living.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of one year of work experience in senior living, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Background clearances as required by government regulations.
• Must meet health requirements, including TB.
• Current First Aid/CPR/BLS certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors at front entrance and maintain a neat, professional lobby and reception area.
• Answer, transfer, and relay messages with a courteous voice.
• Monitor visitors and log sign-in/out; report suspicious activity to supervisor.
