Job summary

Clearwater Living operates Clearwater at Sonoma Hills in Rohnert Park, CA, seeking a part-time Concierge to welcome residents and visitors, answer calls, relay messages, and provide exceptional customer service.

The Concierge will serve as the first point of contact, support multiple departments, and assist during emergencies while maintaining a warm, professional atmosphere and a neat, organized front entrance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of work experience in senior living, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Background clearances as required by government regulations.
• Must meet health requirements, including TB.
• Current First Aid/CPR/BLS certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors and maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
• Answer, transfer, and deliver messages professionally.
• Monitor sign-in/out log and report suspicious activity.
• Sort and distribute mail.
• Assist residents with special requests.
• Maintain lost and found system.
• Order and replenish administrative supplies.
• Support Executive Director and other departments as needed.
• Track meal attendance and alert staff for room service or meals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold Clearwater Living standards.
• Display a professional image and proper uniform.
• Represent Clearwater Living values daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
