Job summary

JEVS Care at Home in Philadelphia is seeking a Care Manager, Recruitment to drive client and caregiver onboarding and to expand relationships with community referral sources. You will oversee onboarding, referral development, and retention for new clients in a fast-paced environment, reporting to the Area Director.

The role requires a strong background in high-level account development, excellent communication, and the ability to grow the organization’s MCO, Private Pay, and VA lines of business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or equivalent business development experience preferred.
• Proven ability to generate leads through community outreach and networking.
• Experience building relationships with MCOs, service coordinators and referral partners.
• Knowledge of ATS/CRM tools and enrollment procedures is required.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified referrals and increase monthly starts.
• Develop and maintain strategic referral relationships with community organizations and providers.
• Conduct field visits, presentations, and inside sales follow-ups.
• Educate prospective clients on home care services, waivers, and enrollment resources.
• Maintain referral records, pipeline updates and outreach reports.
• Meet business development goals and manage onboarding lifecycle from application to orientation.
• Hold caseloads for newly recruited clients during first 30 days to ensure retention.
