Job summary

JEVS Care at Home in Pittsburgh is seeking a Care Manager, Retention to oversee client relationships and caregiver performance. You'll ensure compliance with care standards and facilitate home visits while managing client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills and Spanish-speaking abilities are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
• Experience in Home Care, Social Work, or working with The Office of Long-Term Living.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of caregiver employees.
• Monitor client eligibility and authorizations.
• Ensure EVV and timesheet compliance.
• Complete home visits for all clients on caseload.
