SYNERGY HomeCare in Pennington, NJ is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our onsite team. You will play a pivotal role in attracting and hiring compassionate caregivers who share our mission to provide quality home care.

You will manage job boards, build recruiting channels, screen candidates, conduct background checks, and maintain thorough documentation while building strong relationships with candidates and our caregiver team.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in recruiting, interviewing, and making hiring decisions (home or healthcare).
• High school diploma required.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.

Responsabilités

• Manage job boards for hiring caregivers.
• Establish recruiting avenues for caregivers.
• Develop relationships with potential caregivers throughout hiring process.
• Complete background screenings, reference checks, and collect documents.
• Maintain ongoing documentation.
