Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients by scheduling outpatient appointments and entering data.
• Verify insurance and demographics to ensure accuracy for billing and patient safety.
• Answer phones, direct calls, place outbound calls, and coordinate with clinical teams in Epic.
