Qualifications

• Experience with patient registration and scheduling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients by scheduling outpatient appointments and entering information.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance details to ensure accurate billing.
• Answer calls, transfer to appropriate staff, and manage messaging.
• Schedule, cancel, and reschedule appointments as needed.
• Coordinate referrals and communicate between clinics.
• Support QA and onboarding of new staff.
