UNC Health Care is seeking a Care Access Representative for the UNC Dermatology Department in Chapel Hill. This full-time hybrid role assists patients in accessing timely care, supporting providers, clinical staff, and operational workflows across dermatology subspecialties.
The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service or clerical experience. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with onsite work every other month and a hybrid schedule

The Care Access Representative supports the UNC Dermatology Department, a fast-paced, team-oriented, patient-centered specialty practice dedicated to delivering exceptional dermatologic care. This role is a key member of the Care Access team, helping patients access timely care and supporting providers, clinical staff, and operational workflows across multiple dermatology subspecialties.
This full-time hybrid position requires working onsite every other month, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. A hybrid schedule will follow a successful completion of training and onboarding.
