Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review medical records and payer guidelines to determine eligibility and compliance
• Communicate with patients regarding financial responsibility and document interactions
• Coordinate with referral sources, physicians, and clinical teams
• Enter referrals in EMR and maintain accurate documentation
• Support intake processes and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Collaborate with sales, insurance verification, and internal staff to move referrals forward
