Qualifications

• One year of related work experience required.
• High School Diploma or Associate degree required.
• Experience in administration, insurance, billing, claims, call center, or customer service preferred.
• Proficient computer and typing skills; comfortable learning new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records, payer guidelines, and eligibility prior to service delivery.
• Communicate with patients about financial responsibility and collect payments when applicable.
• Coordinate referrals with physicians and clinical teams to ensure complete documentation.
• Enter referrals within established timeframes while meeting productivity and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate patient information and documentation using electronic systems.
