Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist, Cardiovascular Community in Columbus, OH. The TAS will drive demand for BMS medicines and engage HCPs with scientific dialogue in a field-based role, prioritizing patient care and compliant, evidence-based engagement.

The role emphasizes collaboration with regional leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver a superior Customer Experience (Cx) and maintain up-to-date knowledge of cardiovascular data and therapies.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree and/or preferred 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.
• Experience presenting scientific data accurately to physicians and other HCPs.
• Proven credibility with customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory to meet sales targets in a compliant manner.
• Conducts in-office presentations and discusses product-related scientific information with HCPs aligned with label.
• Organizes external speaker programs and coordinates logistics.
• Maintains current knowledge of emerging data for approved indications.
• Collaborates across field teams to enhance Customer Experience (Cx).
• Adheres to all laws, regulations, and policies governing conduct.
