The TAS will prioritize safe, appropriate product use, build territory plans, and work with regional thought leaders and physicians to deliver meaningful patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech healthcare sales or MSL/HCP experience.
• Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately to physicians.
• Proven credibility with customers and strong customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory to meet/exceed sales targets.
• Articulates clinical and scientific rationale for product use to appropriate patients.
• Maintains scientific expertise across assigned products and therapeutic areas.
• Prepares and implements comprehensive territory and account plans.
• Uses CE^3 and SOPHIA tools to inform call plans and gather insights.
• Collaborates with field teams to optimize Customer Experience for HCPs.
