Merck is seeking a Cardiovascular Disease Specialist to drive patient impact by leveraging scientific expertise and serving as the primary contact for customers in the assigned territory. You will work with Account Executives and Delivery Systems leaders to deliver patient-focused solutions.

The role covers Northern Michigan territory including Grand Rapids and surrounding areas, with travel and field-based responsibilities supporting client meetings and territory coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 0–3 years in healthcare or sales.
• 3+ years sales experience or 6+ years in healthcare/scientific fields.
• Strong data analysis and strategic sales planning abilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with policies and ethics.
• Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the portfolio.
• Conduct compliant product sales discussions with health care providers.
• Provide management with updates on customer needs and market dynamics.
• Be knowledgeable on approved company products and disease areas.
• Monitor performance against objectives using company tools.
