Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to achieve sales goals within an assigned geography in Oregon. The CSR will develop territory strategies, build relationships with physicians, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize opportunities while adhering to compliance standards.

The role requires 3+ years of pharma sales experience, with preference for cardiovascular experience, and strong analytical and CRM skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
• Strong track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.

Aufgaben

• Achieve or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies for decision-making.
• Demonstrate account-based selling and organize territory coverage according to plan of action.
• Manage territory budget and complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
