Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative in the Alpharetta, GA area to drive territory growth. You will build strategic plans, engage targeted physicians, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize new business opportunities.

The role requires 3+ years of pharma sales, strong analytical and communication skills, and ability to work autonomously in a matrixed environment with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets is preferred.
• Track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Experience calling on targets in the designated territory.
• Experience launching products in competitive markets.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate clearly.
• Self-motivated with autonomy; able to work independently.
• Strong CRM, AI tools and Microsoft Office skills; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Succeed in a matrixed selling environment with cross-functional partners.
• Identify key influencers and meet interaction expectations with top target customers.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for decision-making.
• Demonstrate account-based selling skills and presentations.
• Plan and organize activities for regular territory coverage.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute the company’s brand strategy within the assigned geographic area.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Comply with all legal, regulatory and compliance policies.
