Job summary

Syneos Health/ inVentiv Health Commercial LLC in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to achieve sales goals within an assigned geography and to develop strategic territory plans. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, knowledge of cardiovascular products, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed targeted sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing and executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new business opportunities.
• Navigate a matrixed selling environment with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Identify key influencers and meet interaction expectations with top customers.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies for business decision-making.
• Demonstrate account-based selling skills and organize activities to ensure territory coverage.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute Syneos Health brand strategy within the assigned geography.
