Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative in Columbia, SC.

You will develop and execute territory strategies, build professional relationships with physicians, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive results. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field and 3+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with cardiovascular exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
• Consistent track record of top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain relationships with targeted physicians to maximize new opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Use data/tools to determine strategies and tactics for business decision-making.
• Demonstrate account-based selling skills and organize activities for regular territory coverage.
• Manage territory budget and complete administrative tasks timely.
