Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative in Charlotte, NC to drive territory growth, build physician relationships, and execute strategic plans. You will leverage data and insights to shape call plans, manage territory budgets, and collaborate with FRMs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations to maximize opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years pharma sales, cardio/cardiometabolic experience, strong communication, autonomy, and willingness to travel as

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
2+ years cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
Proven top-tier sales accomplishments.
Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel including overnight/weekend travel.

Responsibilities

Achieve/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory with a strategic plan.
Establish and maintain relationships with targeted physicians to maximize opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
Use data tools and insights to guide business decisions and tactics.
Plan territory activities to ensure regular coverage and manage budget.
