Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a Cardiovascular Sales Representative to drive territory growth in Paterson, NJ. You will develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan, establish relationships with key physicians, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize sales in a complex payer environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in pharmaceutical sales, strong cardiovascular product knowledge, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales preferred.
Experience with highly managed, payor-controlled markets is preferred.
Proven top-tier sales achievements and ability to learn complex scientific information.

Responsibilities

Achieve/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by executing an integrated territory plan.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
Collaborate with FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations.
Identify key influencers and manage customer interaction expectations.
Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for decision-making.
Demonstrate account-based selling skills and organize activities for coverage.
Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
Complete administrative tasks and comply with policies.
