Job summary

Syneos Health in New Orleans seeks an experienced pharmaceutical sales professional to drive cardiovascular/cardiometabolic products across an assigned territory. You will build durable physician relationships, leverage data insights, and execute a comprehensive territory plan to maximize new business opportunities.

The role requires 3+ years in pharma sales, strong autonomy, and proven ability to navigate a highly managed market with CRM and analytics skills. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets strongly preferred.
• Proven top-tier sales accomplishments.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and/or exceed targeted sales goals in assigned territory.
• Develop and execute an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish relationships with targeted physicians to maximize opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners across various teams.
