Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a Cardiovascular Sales Representative in Indianapolis to drive sales within an assigned territory by executing strategic plans and engaging key physicians. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve product adoption and revenue growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business or a related field is required.
3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic experience preferred.
Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets is preferred.
Strong track record of top-tier sales accomplishments, and ability to learn complex scientific information.

Responsibilities

Achieve/exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by executing an integrated territory business plan.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians to maximize opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
Identify key influencers and meet customer interaction expectations with top targets.
Use data tools and insights to determine strategies for business decisions.
Demonstrate account-based selling and conduct presentations.
Plan activities to ensure regular territory coverage and manage the territory budget.
Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Execute brand strategy within the geographic area.
Participate in training and development programs.
Comply with legal, regulatory and compliance policies.
