Job summary

Syneos Health's Cardiovascular Sales Representative in Huntington Beach is responsible for achieving sales goals within an assigned US geography, building and executing territory plans, and developing professional relationships with targeted physicians while adhering to compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Business or related field.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years of cardiovascular/cardiometabolic sales preferred.
• Experience in highly managed, payor-controlled markets preferred.
• Consistent top-tier sales accomplishments.
• Experience calling on targets in the designated territory.
• Experience launching products in a competitive marketplace.
• Ability to learn complex scientific information and communicate effectively.
• Self-motivated with high autonomy.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing an integrated territory business plan.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with targeted physicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FRMs, TLLs, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations.
• Identify key influencers and meet customer interaction expectations.
• Use data tools and insights to determine sales strategies.
• Demonstrate account-based selling skills, including group presentations.
• Plan and organize activities for regular territory coverage.
• Manage territory budget to support sales/marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks timely.
• Execute brand strategy within the geographic area.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Comply with legal/regulatory policies with integrity.
• Additional duties as required.
