Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a field-based Access & Specialty Sales leader to resolve account challenges with tailored access solutions, build strategic territory plans, and partner with cross-functional teams to support patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes high-performance selling to large accounts, extensive travel (60–80%), ethical leadership and strong customer engagement, with training completed successfully.

Qualifications

• Experience (last 5 years) in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare or similarly complex industries with large, geographically dispersed sales teams; strong field leadership and customer engagement.
• Associate-level: limited prior sales experience encouraged.
• Proven high performance selling to large accounts/key customers.
• Self-starter with analytic ability; ethical leadership and compliance mindset.
• Must reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60-80%; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Resolve account challenges with effective, tailored access solutions.
• Build a strategic territory plan to drive product demand and support patient outcomes.
• Partner with territory, field, and home-office teams to deliver access support.
• Use market/competitive knowledge and territory data to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
• Lead customer engagements (virtual or in person) and facilitate stakeholder planning sessions.
• Provide real-time access support; partner with Patient Specialty Services (PSS) for seamless customer experience.
• Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach across virtual and in-person settings.
