Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an experienced Territory Account Specialist to drive access, demand, and patient outcomes in the Midland, TX region.

You will partner with field teams and home-office colleagues to deliver access support, execute strategic territory plans, and engage key accounts through in-person and virtual visits.

This role requires a four-year degree, 60–80% travel, and a proven track record selling to large accounts while maintaining ethical leadership and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, four-year program.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare with large, dispersed sales teams in last 5 years.
• Proven track record selling to large accounts and key customers.
• Self-starter with strong analytic/problem-solving abilities; ethical leadership and compliance.
• Willingness to travel 60–80% within territory and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Navigate and resolve challenges within accounts with tailored solutions.
• Build strategic territory plans aligned to priorities to drive product demand.
• Partner with territory teammates, field teams, and home-office to deliver access support.
• Use market/competitive knowledge to anticipate opportunities and respond with agility.
• Lead customer engagements using territory data and local insights (virtual or in person).
• Facilitate planning sessions with stakeholders to solve cross-functional challenges.
• Deliver real-time access support and collaborate with PSS for seamless customer experience.
• Use digital tools and omni-channel strategies to personalize outreach and engage remotely or face-to-face.
